Counselling and Psychotherapy are talking therapies, the objective being to gain an understanding of the difficulties troubling you. It is a personalised and non medical way of working through any problems you have that may be causing difficulty in your relationships with others stopping you reaching your true potential. Psychotherapy and Counselling can work with almost any issue if you are willing to commit to the work. This could be feelings of anxiety or stress, difficulty in relationship or managing a significant life event. Perhaps you have suffered a bereavement, facing retirement, ending relationship, or starting a new chapter in your life? Maybe you are noticing patterns of behavior that get you in to trouble or push people away? Or are you tired, stressed, feeling lost or anxious?
