About Me

I am qualified to a MSc Level in Integrative Psychotherapy and practice an Integrative, Developmental and Relational Approach.

• Integrative is accepting parts of the self or feelings we may have rejected.
• Developmental is considering how our childhood and history affects our present.
• Relational is placing importance of the relationship between client and therapist.

I have also completed the Supervision Diploma at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, and welcome working with both trainees and experienced therapists. My therapy room is able to support supervision groups.

I am committed to my own professional development, attending my own personal therapy and clinical supervision on a regular basis. Alongside this I attend regular CPD events for additional training. This includes training on; working therapeutically with couples, working with trauma, and working with young people.
